Rules & Information
-
Everyone must be a fully paid up member of the North Warwickshire Reds and have a valid MUFC Membership.
-
If you get a ticket through the North Warwickshire Reds you must go on the bus, if you do not then the committee may make the decision to discard future applications.
-
Payment in full must be made within three days of being notified that you have secured a ticket. If not your ticket may be offered to another member.
-
Tickets are not decided on a "first come first serve" basis. We give priority to regular attendees and people who apply for the most games. Ultimately the final decision lies with the committee and there is no right of appeal.
-
However, we endeavour to ensure as many people as possible can get tickets and attend games. We do everything we can to look after our fellow reds.
-
Only apply for tickets for games you know you can attend. We are aware life happens and sometimes things come up at short notice, however, if you constantly apply for games and then turn down tickets or ask for your name to be removed from the list, we reserve the right to refuse any future applications.
-
Tickets for premium games are normally very limited. We do what we can but if you're signing up to the supporters club solely to try and see Liverpool or Manchester City, you're not going to have any luck.
-
Away tickets are extremely limited and to be eligible you must be at least a silver level season ticket holder. If/when we get away tickets these are decided at random based on eligible members. Again, if you're here for away tickets, you're likely going to be disappointed.
-
When tickets become available (for example, a season ticket holder cannot attend) we may use these applications to assign the ticket. If this is at short notice (ie. after our allotment from MUFC have been allocated) then declining these tickets will not impact your applications for future games.
